This wedding is extra special because it’s my very own sister’s! I had the honor of being both a bridesmaid and a photographer on Kelsey & Clark‘s wedding day, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way- a huge thank you to Ashley Caitlin Photography for being my co-photographer and making this all possible! You will find me in a few photos below, and that’s definitely a first for me.
Montana has long been a special place to Clark’s family, so it was an easy decision for Kelsey & Clark to plan a destination wedding at Double Arrow Lodge in Seeley Lake. And it was an easy decision for the rest of us to make a week out of it and enjoy the mountains and sunshine! Everything about their wedding week was perfect. The magical rehearsal dinner at Clark’s family cabins, the starry nights, the hikes and shared meals… it gave me a renewed appreciation for destination weddings and the extra time spent with friends and family from all over the country. We often joked that it felt like we were all at summer camp, and if you know me at all then you know I’m a big fan of summer camp 🙂 I will put together a blog post soon with photos from the rest of our time in Montana, but I first wanted to share the reason we were all there: Kelsey & Clark’s wedding!
