Ashley & Joe

I’m admittedly new to the Indianapolis wedding photography scene, so when Ashley & Joe suggested the Indiana State House for their engagement session, I had no idea what kind of treat I was in for. The window-lit capital building is dripping in detail- it’s elegant, classy, and also happens to be the stunning backdrop for Ashley & Joe’s wedding ceremony this Spring. It’s rare that I shoot indoors, so I enjoyed the change of pace and all of the fun architectural details to work with! Oh, and an absolutely lovely couple. Ashley and Joe made me feel like old friends and gave me the grand tour of the building (Ashley used to work there, lucky her!). I can’t wait to come back with their whole bridal party!
